Is Beat the Legend a real basketball game?
Yes. You take physical shots on a real court while your phone tracks the hoop. Fictional rivals create the challenge.
Do I need special equipment?
You'll need a basketball, a hoop and a compatible phone positioned to see the basket. A small tripod helps.
Is the game free?
The first six rivals are free. A one-time Rivals Pro purchase unlocks the second chapter and future chapters as released, with no rematch waiting.
When can I play?
We're preparing the iOS launch. Follow our social channels for the confirmed release date.
What happens if I lose?
Your first rematch is instant. After more losses to the same rival, you wait a little before the next try, and the wait grows with each loss. Rivals Pro removes the waiting. It never changes difficulty or scoring.
